    We are an importer and wholesale distributor of variety housewares. We design, manufacture, and import directly into Philadelphia, PA. We supply retailers both small and large.

  • Where can I find your product catalog and prices?

    You can view and download our entire product catalog right here on the website! Just click the "Our Product Catalog" button on the navigation bar above. For pricing, please contact us. Be sure to include helpful information about your company and customers so we can offer you the best price and best items. A salesman will follow up with you shortly. You will be provided with a custom-made product catalog with your prices.

  • Can I visit a showroom?

    We have three showrooms: The main showroom is located in our office at 1501 Unity St., Philadelphia, PA. 19124. We are open M-F 9am - 5pm. Our other showroom in Philadelphia is located at the Mid-Atlantic Mart at 12300 McNulty Rd., Philadelphia, PA. 19154. We have a permanent showroom in Chicago at the TMC Expo at 9555 Foster Avenue, Suite 510, Schiller Park, IL 60176. All showrooms are available by appointment. Please contact us to setup an appointment.

  • You're a wholesaler so your prices are negotiable, right?

    We treat every customer as fairly and respectfully as the next. We offer prices at what we know to be the right price. Every item and price is carefully considered and calculated, however, prices can fluctuate based on order quantity. As you'll notice when you work with us, our prices are exact to the penny! In the end, your success with our products is the most important part of our partnership.

  • I'm looking to buy your products in a store. Where can I find them?

    We offer a lot of our items for sale on Amazon. Please search Amazon for our brands and you'll find our items. Also, our items are in retailers such as Gabes, Urban Outlet, dd's Discounts, and others. Because we are a distributor, it's sometimes difficult to track where our products end up. We will do our best to assist you in locating our products in stores near you.

  • I want to place a reorder. What do I do?

    Please contact your sales representative. He or she will assist you in the reordering process and provide you with the proper reorder documentation for existing and new items. Otherwise, please send an email to sales@promopowergroup.com

  • What payment types do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards in the United States. We accept checks. Please address to ATTN: Accounts Receivable - 1501 Unity St. Philadelphia, PA. 19124. We also accept wire transfers and ACH transfer. Please contact us for details.

  • Do you extend credit/payment terms?

    We do only for qualified customers. For first time customers, we require payment upfront. We have a credit application process for qualified customers for Net 30 terms.

  • How do returns and refunds work?

    Our Purchase Order terms: "All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without our written authorization. Absolutely no deductions allowed for anticipation of payment. This merchandise is sold for resale only. All goods shipped at purchaser’s risk."

  • Shipping & Receiving

  • How do you ship?

    All shipments depart from our warehouse in Philadelphia. Freight terms are agreed upon during the ordering process. Typically, shipments ship "Collect," meaning, freight cost is collected at the destination. Sometimes we ship Prepaid & Add, which means we prepay the shipment and add the exact rate to the invoice. Other freight terms are also agreeable. Parcel shipments via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS are paid by the customer. Customers prefer to order by the full pallet load to save on freight costs. Our Shipping and Sales departments work together to determine the order capacity on a pallet. You have the option to ship via priority or economy. Priority shipments carry a higher price. We always ship with the lowest rates available on the market from our warehouse. If you have your own truck, or you want to send your own preferred carrier, we are more than happy to accommodate.   • Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

    Absolutely. We can handle trucks up to 53ft tractor trailers. Our warehouse staff is available for assistance.

  • Where are you located for Shipping & Receiving?

    Our Shipping and Receiving bays are located at 4400 Griscom St. Philadelphia, PA. 19124. Please note - Griscom St. is a one way street. For directions, please call 215-744-5500. Promo Power Group owns the empty lot across the street from the bays. Pull into the lot first and then back into our building. Warehouse staff is available for assistance.

  • Do you deliver locally?

    While we don't have our own delivery trucks, we have local trucking partners to deliver your shipments at low pallet rates in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York. Freight terms apply.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Once the shipment has departed our warehouse, we will provide you with the shipment PRO or tracking number. We don't have control of the shipment once it leaves our warehouse.

  • When will my order ship?

    Once the order is confirmed, and freight terms and payment terms are agreed upon, we will process your shipment immediately. For shipping, you have the choice to ship via Priority for a faster delivery schedule. This service is typically more expensive. You can choose the Economy service for a cheaper, and often slower delivery schedule. We work with large and small freight companies. The best companies can pick up your order usually within 24 hours (during the business week), but often charge more. We'll work with you on your shipping schedule and needs.
